Helen, Georgia

Yesterday, I went to Helen, Georgia with y Grandparents! Not only did I have a wonderful time with them but I also had some time-and some great scenery to experiment with my Mum's Nikon D40x. I am looking into buying my own camera so being able to experiment was a lot of fun. Below are some of the many pictures I took throughout the day.

So I've been in Valdosta the last couple of days working on a independent film called Truth Be Told! Working on it has been a blast-but a lot of work and some crazy late night shoots! Below are some pictures from today's shoot-more from previous days later.

Yay Storm!

So we had a seriously crazy storm here earlier today-which produced hail that lasted for nearly half an hour. I was able to capture some of the crazy storm on my phone. We lost power for a few hours- and let me tell you-taking a shower by candle light actually isn't as difficult as you would think.

Sorry the video is so small-need to figure out how to change that later.

So all in all it was a pretty epic storm with a fair amount of damage done. I am glad that it happened during the day though because if it had happened at night I would have to pretend like I wasn't 22 years old and put all my stuffed animals, pillows, and blankets into my closet and sleep in there. (Storms at night scare me)

Teenage Dream

Seriously going to make a serious effort to keep up with this blog.

Today has been a Cat Power radio kind of day. Photoshop would be boring if it wasnt for music to keep you focused. My family is going down to the beach this weekend to look at properties to invest in. Yay for a mini beach vacation. Hopefully the oil won't be too bad down there.

So my Mum thought it would be a good idea for me to play around with photoshop and do something for Kyla Investments (yupp-that is what they are calling it-no idea why)

Here is what I have got so far-and let me warn you-I am just playing around-not very good yet with photoshop.

So I will finish posting later-a serious storm is happening and I want to watch!
