Randomness!!

So today has been a pretty productive day-well tonight has been at least and I have brownies, good smelling candles, wine and GREAT music to thank for that.

I have been pretty damn stressed recently! I have a lot going on at the moment. Even though graduation is months away it is starting to freak me out and the idea that I will be out on my own in less than a year really makes me nervous. So all of that leads to a mini mental break down Sunday night (well not a mini one, it was pretty full blown). Though after getting through that I have been feeling better and am able to think about my options after graduation a little clearer.

So taking 18 credit hours this semester-but I have more work outside of school than I do for school. I am currently working on a documentary video for the Atlanta Lions Club that will hopefully be used as a promotional tool. This is proving to be a lot of work since I am doing all of the research, writing, filming, directing, editing, etc...basically everything that is involved in getting a video accomplished. Working on this video is probably one of the best learning experiences ever! I am being able to take what I am learning in class and apply it to a real life situation. (This is the whole point of getting a higher education - right?) Being able to work on something like this makes me happy, makes me believe that this is the right career for me and I might actually have some talent and a shot in making it in the industry.- Who knows!?

So I am really struggling with whether or not graduate school is a good option for me right after graduation. I am scheduled to take the GRE on October 24th. So I have been doing a lot of studying for that-but have not gotten very far! I am not very good with vocabulary and math! But I am trying to keep my options open!

I think I have a problem with just letting things happen!! I do way too much planning and worrying about the future and I think sometimes I forget about the present! That is not living everyday like it is your last-not when you are planning so much for the future. I think I amy need to change that a little.

Well I am off for now! Have had a very long and interesting day today and need my beauty sleep for hump day!! hehe! But I am going to keep up with this more often and possibly do a little creative writing on here!
